The process is surprisingly emotional for Casey, who tears up as her beloved ink gets covered. After hours in the makeup chair, Casey finally gets her big reveal in front of a full-length mirror. Though the whole process reaffirms Casey's love of body modifications, she says she plans on getting her face tattoos removed soon so she can work with children. But the rest of her copious amounts of ink will stay. United States.
